Hi Tanu,
You have brought up a very sensible topic through your blog.. As I travel from my office to home and back, I always used to see these kids begging at the signals.. They are of all ages.. teens to kids n 3 year olds.. Everytime I encountered them, I would just shut off my car windows... However, I could not ignore them and kept thinking on what can be done.. I found a simple solution... Whenever I visit a restaraunt, I make it a point to pack some stuff and on the way I just give it to these kids.. That's the least I can do... at least I don't feel that guilty when I am on my dining table..
